Service Satisfaction

At Hicks Piano & Organ Service, we are committed to providing exceptional piano and organ services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will work with you to address any concerns and ensure your instrument meets our quality standards.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not performed as agreed upon
  • Work quality does not meet our professional standards
  • Service appointment was cancelled by us with less than 24 hours notice
  • Materials or parts provided are defective

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of service completion
  2. Explain the specific concerns about the service received
  3. Allow us the opportunity to inspect and remedy any issues
  4. If resolution cannot be achieved, we will process an appropriate refund

Limitations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Services performed according to specifications
  • Client cancellations after work has begun
  • Issues arising from factors beyond our control (instrument age, environmental conditions)
  • Services requested more than 30 days ago

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made.
