Service Agreement

By engaging Hicks Piano & Organ Service for piano or organ services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include piano tuning, repair, refinishing, organ maintenance, and related consultation services.

Scheduling and Appointments

• Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement
• We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations
• Emergency services may be available with additional fees
• Access to the instrument must be provided during scheduled service times

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Estimates are provided before beginning major repair or refinishing work
• Additional work beyond the original scope requires approval

Service Quality

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure your instrument meets our quality standards.

Liability Limitations

While we exercise the utmost care in handling all instruments, vintage and antique pianos may have inherent structural limitations. We carry professional liability insurance and will discuss any risks before beginning work on particularly delicate instruments.
